Description

Culture is established by sowing directly in the late autumn or early spring field for the early and late carrot for the late crop intended for winter consumption. Potatoes, peas, autumn cereals – for large areas and eggplants, pumpkins, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers for small areas, from the vegetable garden are recommended as a precursor.

Early carrots are harvested in June, when the roots are 1.5-2 cm in diameter. In late crops, harvesting takes place at the end of September and October. On small surfaces it is harvested manually, by picking, by pulling or by dislocating the soil with the dumbbell, the fork, etc., and the large ones, semi-mechanized, through a single pass with the root dislocator or with the combine, on the unmodified lands.
